So I am dipping my toes into the blogging pool for a variety of reasons. Until I find some time to properly start this blog and exactly figure out what I want to write about for now I'll just give you the reason for the name.
"What Einstein Told His Cook" is a book by Robert Wolke that details the science behind a lot of basic cooking techniques and processes. Since it nicely connects two of my favorite things, science and cooking, I figured it might be a nice title for a blog about me.
So for now this site will probably be fairly sparse and not updated all that regularly, but once I figure out exactly what I want to do here it ought to be pretty awesome....or so I hope.
